1.Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a professional martial arts supplies manufacturer located at China Tai Chi birthplace – Mount Wudang, Shiyan City 442700, Hubei Province since 2008.
2. Can I visit your company?
Of course! We welcome customers from all over the world to visit us. We are located at the foot of Wudang Mountain (the most famous Taoist holy site in the world and World Natural and Cultural Heritage Site), every year there’re more than 1,000 foreign students study martial arts here. You can come to visit us and also experience traditional Tai Chi and Wudang Kung Fu for free.
3. How many workers are there in your factory?
We have more than 40 skilled workers in our factory.
4. What kind of products does your factory mainly produce?
We are focusing on the design and production of Karate, Taekwondo, Tai Chi&Wudang, Shaolin KungFu and Wing Chun uniforms, belts, sparring gear, weapons and training equipment.
5.Can you provide OEM or ODM service?
Yes, we can. We do as your customized Logo, Graphic, Color, Size, Fabric, Design, Label and packing etc.
Actually more than 80% of our products are customized for customers from all over the world.
6. Can you design the products for customers?
Yes, we have the professional Karate supplies design team, we can provide you perfect design as all your requests.
7. Do you have martial arts products in stock?
Yes, we have some martial arts products in stock with low MOQ and fast delivery. You should find this information on every product page.
8. How to order a sample?
We provide stock sample for free, you only need to pay the shipping cost.
If you want to custom your logo, graphic and text etc, he sample cost need to be negotiated.
9. What's your MOQ?
It depends on different products, you can choose to purchase a single product, but usually the price of a single product is more expensive.

11. How long is your production time?
Stock sample lead-time: within 3 workdays.
Custom sample lead-time : 7-10 workdays after design confirmed.
Mass production lead time : 15-30 days after get your deposit.
Some special customized products need more time, you should find lead time information on each product page.
12. Do your products have standard?
If products are with our own logo and with our own article number and our own package. Of course, they have a fixed quality standard.
13. How can we guarantee quality?
Always a pre-production sample before mass production;
Always final video Inspection before shipment.
14.How will the products be shipped to my country? How long will shipping take?
Usually we ship products by air freight and ocean freight. Common logistics companies are UPS, DHL, TNT and FedEx. Read more about International Shipping.
15.. What should I do if my refunds late or missing?
If you haven’t received a refund yet for more than 10 business days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
